A Practical Approach to Sustainability Reporting: SIM Consultancy Conducted TSRS Case Analysis Training at Kalyon Energy
As SIM Consultancy, we are pleased to share the valuable contribution of our founding partner, Hatice Çinar, within the scope of trainings approved by the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority (KGK).
In the training program organized by ANKON Consulting, Hatice Çinar met with the Kalyon Energy team and led the "Case Study" module.
During the compliance process with the Turkish Sustainability Reporting Standards (TSRS), which is a critical milestone in Türkiye’s green transformation journey, we aimed to increase implementation competence by going beyond theoretical knowledge. The training focused on the following key areas:
- Risk and Financial Impact: Reflection of sustainability data on financial statements and the risk management perspective.
- Auditor’s Perspective: Compliance of reporting processes with auditing standards and transparency criteria.
- Practical Integration: Adaptation of TSRS to corporate business processes and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) data.
